Frequently Asked
Questions
Do you accept insurance?
- We accept HSA/FSA but are out-of-network with all insurances. We are dedicated to delivering superior care to our patients through personalized, one-on-one sessions. To uphold this commitment, we have opted not to contract with insurance companies. Payment is accepted at the time of service.
- You may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance provider under “out-of-network” benefits. You can inquire about your coverage by reaching out to your insurance company and requesting details on “out-of-network physical therapy” coverage. We can supply you with a superbill, an itemized document containing the necessary information for submission to your insurance company. Seeking and securing reimbursement for services remains the sole responsibility of the patient.
- We are unable to provide a superbill for Medicare Plans as we are not enrolled as Medicare providers and therefore cannot submit claims for Medicare and they will not provide reimbursement. Please contact us if you have further questions.
How much are your sessions?
- Initial Evaluation: $175 for 1.5 hours of one-on-one care
- Follow-Up Sessions: $150 for 1 hour of one-on-one care
- Session price includes any and all treatment indicated by the evaluation and client needs such as:
- Pain Management: Dry Needling, Massage, Heat, Education with 3D models, Resistance Band for Home Exercises
- Vertigo/Dizziness: Canalith Repositioning Maneuvers, Vesticam Infrared Video Goggle Assessment, Balance and Motion Sensitivity Analysis
- Headaches: Hands-On Education for Home Management and Tailored Home Equipment Recommendations
- Full Provider Access: Daron and Sarah are accessible by email and text any day of the week outside of your session appointments. We are here to help you get better.
Do I need a physician referral to see you?
- No, Georgia allows direct access to physical therapy allowing you to begin our services without a physician referral.
- Please note, a physician referral is required prior to receiving Dry Needling if we deem it appropriate during evaluation.
What can I expect during my evaluation?
- You’ll get 90 minutes of one-on-one care. We’ll review your medical history, assess movement and strength, and identify the root of your symptoms. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your diagnosis and plan. After your visit, you’ll get a detailed email with our findings, education, and exercises to start your recovery.
What should I wear to my appointment?
- We encourage athletic, comfortable clothing. There will typically be a variety of movements during your session, and for optimal results we want you feeling confident and relaxed in your attire.
Is your clinic accessible?
- Due to the year our building was developed, there are stairs to enter our office location on the second floor. If you have a wheelchair or mobility difficulties, let us know ahead of your session and we can organize secondary, wheelchair friendly office space.
